Launch Night

Join us for our opening night as we kick off the Oska Bright Film Festival with the heart-warming documentary This Is Going To Be Big.
Held in the newly restored Corn Exchange, our opening night promises to be a celebration like no other, with live music, drinks and more. Join fellow film enthusiasts, creators, and storytellers for an evening of joy, connection, and inspiration.
The evening will feature a keynote speech by Oska Bright Head Programmer, Matthew Hellett, as well as live music performance by the brilliant F.witch (who’s own music film is screening in our Wild Women strand on 16th March).
Plus, we’re very excited to bring you a world-exclusive announcement about a new Easy-Write version of Final Draft screenwriting software for learning disabled filmmakers - this work has been in partnership with TAPE Community Music and Film, supported by the BFI - more details coming soon.
