Young Oska Bright

We're cultivating the next generation of learning disabled filmmakers and exhibitors from across the UK to challenge public perceptions of learning disabled art and artists.

Our work on Young Oska Bright won the Best Cultural Charity Award at the National Creative Learning Awards in March 2019. The award recognises the difference a single charity makes in delivering, promoting or supporting creative learning.

Three young school students fill in their Arts Award forms at Oska Bright Film Festival.

Discover Oska Bright

We will be working with seven partner SEN schools and colleges, supporting 70 students with additional needs to achieve their Discover Arts Award through engaging in filmmaking, film watching and film reviewing using toolkits developed by Carousel.
